2.1 Fees must be paid in advance, either monthly or as per the agreed payment schedule.
2.2 Late payments may result in a penalty or suspension of services.
2.3 No refunds will be issued for absenteeism, holidays, or temporary closures due to emergencies.
2.4 Additional charges may apply for extra hours or special programs.
3.1 The daycare operates from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
3.2 Parents must drop off and pick up children within the designated hours.
3.3 A late pickup fee will be charged for pickups beyond the agreed time.
3.4 In case of absence, parents should notify the daycare in advance.
4.1 Parents must inform the daycare of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
4.2 Sick children should not be brought to daycare to prevent the spread of illness.
4.3 If a child becomes ill during daycare hours, parents will be notified to pick them up immediately.
4.4 In case of a medical emergency, the daycare has the right to seek medical treatment for the child.
4.5 Immunization records must be provided upon enrollment.
5.1 Parents must inform the daycare of any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
5.2 Meals/snacks may be provided by the daycare or parents, based on the chosen program.
5.3 Outside food is allowed only with prior approval from the administration.
6.1 The daycare promotes a positive and respectful environment.
6.2 Disruptive or aggressive behavior will be addressed with parents.
6.3 The daycare reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of repeated behavioral issues.
7.1 Only authorized individuals (as per the application form) will be allowed to pick up the child.
7.2 Parents must inform the daycare in writing of any changes in the pickup list.
7.3 Identification may be required for pickup authorization.
8.1 The daycare has CCTV monitoring for security purposes.
8.2 Parents may opt for live or playback access as per their selection.
8.3 Footage will not be shared with unauthorized persons, except in legal matters.
9.1 The daycare is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
9.2 Parents are advised to label all belongings of the child.
9.3 The daycare is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
10.1 Parents must provide at least one month’s written notice for withdrawal.
10.2 The daycare reserves the right to terminate enrollment due to policy violations.
10.3 Policies and fees may be updated at the discretion of the daycare, with prior notice to parents.
